About Meghrie

"I have been where you are."

I built STAYBL because no program or training gave me exactly what I needed — so I built it myself.

Meghrie Djeridian brings a unique blend of humanitarian field experience, corporate leadership, and a deep understanding of human performance under pressure.

With her background in Industrial Psychology and a Master's in Human Resources, she specialised in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to truly understand the human being in the context of the workplace — and bring forth an experience as rich as her own adventures across the world.

Having worked with the United Nations and the International Red Cross for a decade, and also her time at the American University of Beirut's IBSAR, then entering the corporate world part of a premium Swiss company based in Dubai and managing the whole of Africa: she developed STAYBL to empower individuals and teams to thrive amidst instability.

Her approach is both scientifically grounded and profoundly human: because she has been in the rooms where impossible decisions are made, and she knows what it truly costs.

With a passion for fostering human connection, she built STAYBL not from theory — but from lived experience. This program is what Meghrie wished she had during her years in both the humanitarian and corporate worlds.

A dream — so she built it herself, to spread her knowledge, love, and experience.
